He has been recognised as Pub of the Week multiple times by Marston's and holds a Level 4 Hospitality Management qualification with 15+ years of hands-on experience. A qualified cellar operator trained by Vaux Breweries and Marston's, he also has extensive background in SaaS marketing and software development. He is the founder of SmartPubTools.com, the Pub Command Centre, the Restaurant Console, and RankFlow.io.
